Okay, I just don't understand. I don't understand why primary and secondary role is a thing. I don't like the fact that I'm not guaranteed what I WANT to play. I shouldn't have to 'hope' that I get what I want, it just doesn't make sense to me. Surely there is nothing wrong with the option of picking no secondary role and having to wait longer. Sometimes I don't even get support If I put it as my primary and I'm forced to mid (Because its the most popular lane so obviously I put it as my secondary to improve my chances of getting support) Idk, it's just really ''-_-'' that's the best way I can describe it. Please make there an option to have no secondary role. Or bring back team builder, just SOMETHING so we're guaranteed what we want to play.

There's a simple answer as to why we need a secondary role and its a phrase I learned from team builder.

"The Support Wait."

Queue times for team builder weren't really the best if you weren't playing the role that was highest in demand. Often times it took up to 5 mins to find a role and it happened the most with support. The secondary role gives flexibility so that more games can be made. Queue time for all players would with any doubt in my mind increase though admittedly I wouldn't know by how much.

Besides, before dynamic queue you were expected to be proficient with all roles, as only first pick had the luxury of choosing their role. Knowing how to play two is tame in comparison.
