This change to Runes and Masterys is the same shit Ghostcrawler tryed in World of Warcraft. It caused 60% of all players to leave the game. It is of no help to the health of the game. It is lazy dev work. That is all. Fire that guy. Start fixing problems in the game instead of making more.

it sure it" fun" trying to clear with 5 less armor. 16 less ap.. no 5 extra damage to monsters or -2 damage from monsters.. -8% healing and not having - 5% less cdr or 15% summoner spell cooldown, and buffs not lasting 15% longer
