Dodging for a good reason

i have 4 wins in a row, and whenever i join a ranked game lobby, i have someone saying that they're going to troll. Tell me, why would i stay in that lobby? i have a legitimate reason to dodge that game, and I'm the one getting punished. tell me how that makes sense. please. i'd love an explanation. here's an idea, add this to the lobby: If someone is an obvious troll then the other 4 players should have the power to kick that person from the game. to prevent anyone from getting kicked you need all of the other players to vote that person off. when that person gets kicked, they should be banned from league for the rest of the day. stop punishing people for trying to play the game without trolls. do something about it

You'll never guess what just happened. that's right. another troll. now i'm banned again. are you kidding me? i hate this game. i just want to play without any trolls. is that to much to ask?

I don't really care what your reason is. When you dodge, the other 9 people also lose the game which already taken good 3-5 minutes (queue+champs select) which comes out 27-45 minutes totally. Your time is precious but so are others'.

For kicking, there are good reasons this would never implement, +People have the tendency to hate those using unorthodox/non-meta champs and could abuse the kick. +People can abuse this to kick people with bad record. +People can kick someone in their team to requeue if the other team has stronger picks.
