Is it just me or is your definition of a "traditional" support completely wack?

Actually "traditional" in general seeing as how you also said that Taliyah would be a "traditional" mage

For everyone else, what are your predictions for what she'll be like btw?

I'm calling full AP (If she is ap) and being perma attached to her ADC for the % conversion of her AP to their AD

Not to mention she can heal, increase movement speed, shield, and use Q/R from the attached position.

She is traditional in the sense that she is a healer/shielder. That's the only thing that is "traditional"

Full AP the same way Nami or Soraka are, I guess.

She's a traditional support in the sense that she wants to be close to allies to heal/protect them, and delivers some minor CC in team fights. The main difference between Yuumi and other supports is how absurdly mobile she is - Because that never caused any issues with Rakan any other champions that are in the middle of mechanical changes for the last ... year? to alleviate.
