As the rank 1 flex queue challenger, flex queue need some changes

For surrender votes, each group of people should count as 1 vote, 2/3 is enough to surrender. so if its 1+1+3 or 1+2+2, 2 votes is enough. I'm tired of getting trolls who refuse to surrender and waste my time after they inted since they want to make this "boosted" challenger lose and have less time to play.

Champion select pick and ban priority should be different, solo players pick last and get bans. Picking first and getting hard countered is already disadvantage, but getting 3 man camped while getting 0 help and getting flamed by the premade who did absolutely nothing is toxic. Solo players have a much better chance of carrying if they can at least ban out hard counters and be more flexible in picks.

Inting should be an instant perma ban, seen it several times already. Unbelievable riot has done nothing about this. But apparently nothing will happen unless you int on stream or something.

Matchmaking should NOT put all the higher MMR players on purple side. In solo queue blue side has enough of an advantage to allow this, but in flex queue purple side wins drastically more just because there are less people and the mmr difference between blue and purple side is much greater. I get +14 lp for purple side win and +26 lp for blue side win -8 lp for blue side loss just because purple side is supposed to stomp.
