Taliyah rework?

Can Taliyah be reworked in general? Before her nerf she took skill to play and dealt a decent amount of damage but i just tried to play her and god she is so awful now, her q does no damage, her skill shots are a hassle her passive while i'll say is decent becomes obsolete because Taliyah can't clear waves fast enough to roam. I used to love playing taliyah but now it's a pain to have her do enough damage to stay on par with someone like Garen ((and he really only builds tank!)) I really love the concept of what she is but can't you guys add something to her to make her worth playing more. She's only gotten the rawr end of the stick since she came out so i'd love to be able to play her again.
