[Suggestion] Tracker's Knife

So I was thinking about the removal of trackers knife and the reasons it was removed. I understand the reasoning behind the removal and I agree but it is such a great tool but there was little risk involved in it use. What if, and here is my suggestion, you make the item a more risk vs reward where it serves as a more counter jungling tool. For instance when you kill a camp in the enemy jungle it drops a "ghost ward" in its place. It is still a great tool for tracking enemy jungler movement but there is more risk hence you actually have to kill at minimum large monster, but on the other hand its not a straight up 3 min stealth ward either and the "timer" on the ward can help the victimized jungler re-time his camp.
