can nasus be gutted or reworked

you get exactly 6 levels to beat him in lane then he outscales you. You simply can't fight him after this point as if you engage on him, he withers and runs away. Even if you deny him stacks early, he WILL get stacks and then chunk you for a 4th of your health while being unkillable with ult. Meanwhile, he spams E off cooldown.

The only counterplay is setting up a freeze and hoping my jg ganks him. But that is completely relying on another player who may or may not agree with my ganks, especially since many jgs ignore top lane.

Please make it so that you can at least win against him 1v1, instead of being forced to rely on another player to kill him. Hes a complete ball of stats that makes the game less fun.

Further proof of rework needed: in high elo, he is bad because jgs will camp him and he gets kited for days. But in low elo, it is extremely annoying for one person to fight him because they rely on their team knowing how to play around him.

tldr nasus needs counterplay other then relying on ur jg to gank which may or may not happen

Edit: I forgot to mention that he should at least have a weak early that u can abuse urself and then focus on ending the game early to deal with him. But like I said, the champ is so safe, and outscales most lane bullies at level 7-8 ish, that his isn't the case. Please nerf his early game so he is like kassadin level dumpster tier in lane.
