Hey Riot, i know this is a long shot, but my friend Sexy Neko, started playing league the season that victorious morganna was released. She is a morganna main and has all her skins but that one. I was hoping for christmas that you could gift it to her. I know it is a long shot but she would be very very happy. Morgana Thanks!

Victorious skins are never available for purchase with RP, i doubt they ever will be. So it would be even more unlikely that riot gives them away for free after that season has ended :S

They won't do that.

Victorious Skins are only available in the specific season and never come back.
