If they're going to re-work teemo, here's what I'd like to see for his Abilities.

Passive - (New) Perilous Scout: Toxic shot moved here: Magic damage over time scales up on your current level. Movement speed increased when out of combat, scaling up your current level. Q - Blind + silence. If the target is taking damage from his abilities (E + R), mixed with it's poison turns into a venomous paralysis, and stuns for the duration instead. W - (New) Guerrilla Warfare: Teemo channels briefly for .50 seconds to become stealth'd, the next Auto Attack slows for 30% movement speed, increasing his attack speed for 3 seconds when out of stealth (Does scale by increasing it) E - (New) Toxic spikes: Visible trap that lasts for 10 seconds, passing through it reduces sight range, lowers movement speed, and take passive magic damage for the duration. R - Same, except it only affects "Enemy Champions" (So it doesn't pop off scuttlecrab)

The ability to walk through bushes without breaking out of stealth was removed or just standing still to get it. The scaling on his E was tampered with so it gives him opportunity to build elsewhere but losing the DoT on his E magic damage scaling being similar to GP passive while his E is similar to graves, except with slight damage to proc his Q stun, his Q was pretty useless because abilities are casted instead, meaning he will just be an ADC assassin early (If there's no QSS), and not against any champ. He has no reliable escape, if he gets hit, already being squishy, he gets picked off easily, losing his movement speed passively. He now has an active to burrow but can't move around, but it makes sense to "Element of surprise" now, and he suffered in those 3 seconds being able to make it productive so the movement speed decrease made sense. Not sure if you noticed but his damage scaling is not superb compared to one shotting champs nowadays, adding a few changes around his kits and buffs to his moves makes sense. Before his W was practically useless, his E damage requires him to get out of his comfort zone just to deal more damage with what should be passively, and Q is his only viable ability for him to work with other than R and just hope someone steps on it since the nerf to 5 minutes + can't shroom in river because scuttle exists now.

As a teemo main I like what you have here overall here is some of my input. Not a big fan of the E I would like something a little more utility based that plays off of the scout theme. I think a ability that allows Teemo to find champions with out their awareness would be a new and interesting that would give room for skill and the shrooms need to trigger off of minions so you can clear minion waves and jungle camps

This sounds disgusting. You moved around all of the disgusting things about Teemo so that you could add more disgusting things onto Teemo. It's gross. It's terrifying. Excuse me while I go look for some bleach for my eyes/brain so that I can trade permanent nerve damage for the nightmares I'm going to have tonight otherwise. Good day.
