Give more snowball power to supports and less to ADC, and nerf ardent censer

As support main i hate it when i have to support adc that can't farm, somehow get him to 8/2, than ward so he can farm in bot lane safely, but he decides to go mid lane for some reason, builds 1st item bloodthurst on ezreal and gets to 8/12, while enemy twich farmed up and can destroy our team with 1 good ult.

I also hate it when our full team is good, except for adc, than enemy adc can just destroy us if our assassin can't kill him becouse of good positioning of enemy adc.

Give supports more "solo carry" options, so if you are stuck with bad team, you can still win.

Ardent censer buffs ADCs even more, and makes your chanses with bad adc even lower.

No, it's true. Having a bad adc has never held back your team as much as it does now. Much like having a bad jungler at the start of the season, when they prettymuch decided games by themselves.

? Once you take bot tower the AD is supposed to go to a different lane to take tower.

The above content shows you likely don't play ADC at all, so don't understand their role.

Playing AD a bit (even just in normals) would help you see the game from their pov, something which would greatly benefit your support play in the future.
