Illaoi buff plz

IMO illaoi is way to underpowered as a teamfighter atm, its like you use ult but they jus run out of it as soon as they can so here is my idea to ballance illaoi a bit.

1 nerf the scaling on the tentacles 2 add a 0.5/0.75/1 sec stun to her ult to let it do something

let me know what you guys thing about this

She doesn't need it. She's not a taemfighter, but a splitpusher than can devastate fights if you let it happen. A fight in Baron pit for example is one of her clear strengths. Imagine being flash ult tentacle slammed for 1600 damage and there is nothing you can do about it lol
