Disconnection in Ranked Questionable for other players??

Does anyone else think that you did well in your placement matches, but you get a disconnected player and lose the match? And then ultimately getting pushed down to a lower rank where it is harder to come back up? does anyone think that riot should give a second chance match instead of counting the matches with disconnected players? Also losing LP makes me stay in a rank I feel is the only reason I'm in that rank.
