When I played support today

gee filling and ur que time is faster shock .......... and u got supp shock. when ever i supp i get a S- or above ..... not hard to do . do you know how the grade system works....... seeing how you probably do not ill explain it takes every one using that champ and thats how they do it

hmm I do enjoy 40 second fill queue, I am a support main anyway. I have got Jungle twice so it does happen.

oh opposing supports not buying sightstone for wards to kill that does explain some of the difficulty in getting S for supports! I didn't realise.

You would need more kill participation, I think that when your top and mid do great it is much harder to get S as when you are part of the bot lane that is doing the carrying or if the deaths don't start racking up until the teamfight phase where you can just rack up a ton of assists.
