Kayle is missing her identity as a late game carry

After one of the previous balance patch with kayle was made to be more casual friendly. However in the process they took away many of the features that made this rework unique. -They greatly reduced her execute damage percentage on a skill that has the base damage of a minion. -She lost about as much attack speed as a completed item. -She also lost the true damage she gained at level 16.

With these changes unless you're against a champion that is usually countered by range match up you're essentially a mid game champion. She's really not useful early game because you need Nashor's and Rageblade for your power spike, and late game there are tons of champions that are more of a carry and can dishes out more damage with fewer items. Honestly, after the changes she plays exactly like an immobile adc in the top lane or mid for those who play her there. And if we compare her to any adc they'd probably do her job better playing any role she plays. Crit champs only need IE to deal as much damage, on-hit champs have percentage max HP damage and/or true damage to counter tanks, and other attack speed champs have the overused 3 hit burst. She has nothing but rageblade as dps champ to do dps against someone that has build any form of resistants and rageblade even prevents her from build any other penetration item.

With that said I think she needs her true damage back or something that makes her worth picking over other dps champions and bring back her late game power.

I think she needs changes or buffs to areas that don't make her a ticking time bomb of a champion.

Something a little less "If I get to level 16+, you lose."

With other late game carries I feel like games are still winnable, if Kayle hits late game all hope is/was lost.
