Bring Back Team Builder

At least I could pick the lane and champ I wanted. One of the greatest additions to the game of League was the release of TB. Since not being able to play TB, I have re-realized the disaster blind pick/draft pick are. With players leaving all the time when they don't get the role they want, this really adds to the wait time and makes it worse, in most cases, to find a game. And when you do finally get a cooperative team, you may get stuck in a role you do not want to play.

I realize the issues with long queue timers (mainly never finding supports) was likely the reason it got removed from the line-up, but this problem was fixable.
