Could I get banned for duo queuing?

Could I get banned for duo queuing with someone that is boosting on someone else account? i.e the booster is on an account that he is boosting and i queue up with him. Note that I ,and only myself, would be playing on my own account. I am aware that the account he would be playing on is subjected to getting banned, but would I get banned for it as well? I know that having someone play on my account and boost is illegal and is punishable by ban. So is duo-ing with them also bannable?

Would be great if someone from Riot could say something about this.

Hey,

don'the worry you get not banned, because he is the person who boosts elo. The same question: Do you get banned when your premate is afk? So I think there is no problem that you que with him.

if the booster is playing on an account he has access to as long as he hasnt broken any of the rules (like its actually his account and not a shared one)

neither of your accounts will be punished. Duo q boosting is totally legal by riot standpoint as it is no different then q'ing with a smurf.

so long as you dont account share or pay him you are perfectly fine to ride that freelo
