I do not mean any disrespect here.
You are new to the game and not experienced yet. Play some more normals, get some consistent wins and KDA's and go back to ranked.
Pick 2-3 champs, play them and learn everything you can about them and you will get further.
This game is hard, complex and half the time it's just based on luck.
