Different Languages in League of Legends

Why can't Riot Games implement an option as to change League of Legends in-game VO. I know that there's an option to change the client, but that just changes the whole region/server. I want an option to be able to change champion voice overs in champ select, in game, not only that, change the announcer's voice. Not saying that there's anothing wrong with the current language, it's just I would love to hear different languages that are spoken from different champs that I love. Hearing the same language over and over again especially in the same country makes it **BLAND **to me in my opinion. So I would like to ask the community their opinions on this issue of mine.
