Quick Cast Thoughts?

Recently I have been messing around with the Quick Cast feature in game. It feels weird sometimes, but I just wanted to know from people that mainly use it if it is something you get use to and what are the advantages? [slayer-jinx-catface]

(Also, random note, I remember awhile ago that Cassiopeia Q was defaulted to quick cast, but now for me it isn't. Is there a fix to that?)

I play always with quick cast, because I am trash and I don't have the quickness of Froggen to play everything with indicators. Although I admire people that use it, means more needed APMs though.

When I started I was playing with indicators, but at some point I stopped and now if I can't play with indicators at all.

If you don't use Quick cast you should be using quick cast with indicators. There's no good reason to add extra keystrokes.

Took me a while to figure out the issue but a buddy of mine was struggling to use QW With Evelynn for a fast slows outta stealth and largely that was due to his keybinding set up.

Xerath Brand Lux all flow better with fast casts as well.

Its only ever a gain. If you need or like to line up shots? Use Indicators enabled and problem solved.

Edit. Is slow casting still in the game even? Better go check. Off to practice tool I go. Edit 2. yea, normal cast is gross.

I've been using Quick Cast ever since it was released because it takes less time to cast a spell and when you get it right you become more spatially aware.

Useing quickcasts has two big advantages: Quicker casting for more fluid combos n stuff, and you get a much better awarness of range and spaceing as a long term effect.

The difficulty at the beginning is that you have to guess the range and hitbox of your skills without indicator, but after a while you will be able to call the range and stuff near perfectly, which also helps you positioning around you effective combat range and if you play vs champs you know, it also helps keeping the proper distance to them, helping alot with effective positioning.
