Support Items Switch Suggestion

So as we all know, for a small fee you can change your smite item before building it with an enchant on it. I was thinking, now that alot of AP Supports will start spellthiefs edge and switch to talisman, that the same option could apply for all tier 1 support items.

Just a thought.

Example: I start the game with spellthiefs edge. Later I want to switch to an ancient coin so that i can build talisman of ascension. So, with this addition, i can switch for a small fee. Same for relic shield. :D
