Anyone Else Notice Primetime Draven's Animations Are Slower?

As a Draven (Draaaaaaaaaaaaven!) main, my go to skin is Primetime Draven. However, I recently played a game with Gladiator Draven, and found the animations to work so much faster, it was almost unreal. Is it possible PT Draven has similar to issues to what happened with Pulsefire Ezreal compared to normal Ezreal with animation and to some extent, attack speed?
