Camille's E needs to be slightly changed
So I've been playing a lot of Camille recently and I've encountered a few balance issues with this champion. Yes, I do know that she's extremely popular and I'm not intending on further buffing her - she's destined to be strong in current semi-tank meta and (As an Ornn main, mind you) I don't find her too bad for the game at all. Everything about her but her E is quite well balanced.
First off, it's her main engage ability that guarantees the kill in the mid to late game and heavy damage on lane. However, it's very wide - because it has its own wideness that goes up by Camille's body hibox which adds to the enemy's hitbox - that's why building Sterak is very effective on her - by enlarging the champion her E becomes as big as Malphite's R. I think that E's hitbox is too big - it should be changed into something that actually requires you to hit the enemy. I've played against Camille many times, too - it's not possible to dodge her E even if you predict where she'll go and turn around before she even attacks.
The second problem is her E's cooldown. While its hitbox is clearly too big, its cooldown is way too long. You can't use it to flank the enemy or to traverse the map - though failing to hit your E on enemy champion hurts very much with that cooldown and that's a good thing. My idea to kill two birds by one stone would be reducing her E's cooldown by 40% if she's using its short range and making its base cooldown longer by 2 seconds on all ranks. That would make the cooldown longer if you don't use it properly and if you do - you wouldn't quite feel the nerf at all.
These changes would make Camille much harder to play and would make her much more useful to the team in early and late game if she decides to put the effort in roaming - which will be highly rewarded by these changes.
