Vote Ban in Champion Pick

We all had that one game with a troll ' First Pick ' who ban ( No offense for players who main those champs ) But seriously 95% of the time those champions aren't picked. Another scenario is that when you are with a Premad BOT LANE who ban only ADC / Support who will counter them... ( it's like they're telling you : F*** You the 3 of you we don't care) ...

So in order to prevent those problems i came up with this idea wish is simply like the title says : Vote BAN !

In other words , while in champion pick you got 45 second to pick the champion you want to ban ( Let's say ) so if you 2 or more Team mates chose her , her ban rate will be 60% so she'll probably get banned but if each Summoner picked a different champ you'll only have a 20% chance to get your champ banned.

It's like the One For All ( OfA ) Mode.
