Support items like jungle enchants?
Some support items are better during the laning phase than others. So why not make the support items like jungle items where you can switch over for free just like the jungle enchants! Just a thought thanks!

Jungle items build from a common core item and support items don't. Support items right now are too different to share a single item unless riot wants to turn the base sightstone into the core support item.
