For the love of Urf, stop with the Lucian nerfs and maybe a small buff.

Here are some champions who need buffs or just complete reworks

Reader: Ashe... yeah that makes sense, Quinn? I dont see her much anymore so it works, Miss Fortune?... hmp she could use a buff or two... Urgot, yes please, Upvote over 9000, and (the sound effect of a dj disc scratch) Lucian????

Reader: Why in sion's green S3 skin is he on the list? He is the last one that should be there! Screw this I'm-

Hold on I will explain and I guraan-fricking-tee you you will think you should get a buff.

So with the appetizer, Why?

Lucian's skills are inferior to his peers. His E compared with Graves' E.

Lucian's E makes him dash 425 units (little less than the range of mini gnar's range), mana goes down 40/30/20/10/0, CD is 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14 and a hit from his passive to anyone but a champion will reduce it by 1, if it is a champ 2.

Graves' E is still 425, mana is a consistent 40, 22 / 20 / 18 / 16 / 14, BUT he gets a as steroid. 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70% to be exact.

So does the mana cost and the cool down make up for the AS? (IMO yes and certainly in Professionals minds too) Absolutely, that 70% is like having a Ranuins Hurricane with the added yellow thingys.

Next up his freeloader spell (I call it Freeloader, because it is the filer that isn't the dash/movement speed buff or the main dmg spell and ulti) Blaze of 0% ad. The only good thing about this spell? U hit it on some crap, hit that crap with whatever, and hten gain 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60mvt speed for 2 seconds...

I can name so much other spells that are better than this. Here are a few.

Draven E Graves W Jinx W Sivir's entire passive utterly OBLITERATES lucian's W by a landslide.

So yeah ^^^ I might have missed some, but these were the ones at the top of my head.

Bottom line (or close to it): Buff lucian. What ever it may be. I would want 10/15/20/25/30% ad scaling on his W, more utility for his E since it is worthless compared to other dashes/movement speed. Maybe more range like 50 or a speed buff (5/10/15/20/30) for 0.5-0.75 seconds or a shorter cooldown. These are think the community might want to see and personally might benefit him the best. Both for players and people going against him, since he isn't as easy to beat as before. The reddit link might help you understand my point better.
