Supports whining/dodging because of Autofill

I mean really, this happens 90% of the games I join... The amount of people dodging, or missing ready checks, is at an absurd level. It can take literally a few hours to get a ranked game, if you aren't lucky. Joining every game to have some toxic noob whine because they don't want support...listening to them whine/troll for 5 minutes, only to dodge at the last minute...this is happening, 5, 6, 10 times in a row EACH QUEUE. What can you do? You can't report them, you can't dodge without penalties. But who has 2 hours to spend between queues, for a toxic game where 50% of the time just ends up with /remake. I have 3 accounts all in different tiers of ranked, to play with friends and at bronze, gold, and diamond...this is happening more than not for weeks now. Please Riot, fix this.
