It is really sad that i can't enjoy my favorite game due to things that are out of my control

League of Legends if by far my favorite game to play - alone or with friends. It's really frustrating that when I play a game, one or more of these things happens/is happening.

1. Higher average ping than i had a few months ago - this seems to be a recurring theme every half year or so, i had started out at about 84, now i have 108 average.
2. Uncontrollable packet loss, causing invisible skillshots to hit me, minions to die at the oddest of times, etc.

Please riot, allow me to play AND enjoy this game again.
