HoukagoFapTime1 votesThey depend on your opponents and their MMR, on you and your MMR and on how well you performed during those games. This year tho it seems they're way more severe, no matter how well you do you'll always end up at least 1 full division lower than you were before. If you're silver you'll end up in bronze 100%. If you're gold you'll 100% go into silver or even bronze if you performed poorly, etc...
PogChampEleGiggl1 votesTo add on to this, I feel like the promo changes to this season were added to help shape the Dynamic Queue so it could benefit everybody.
If you do as good as before the update, you will definitely be able to climb back to last season's rank given that you allow yourself to improve on your main champion and role
