ARURF isn't URF

So, we all get that RIOT is tired of people saying to bring back URF, but ARURF is not what we want. One of the reasons that ARURF was introduced was to keep the same champs from being used every game, but that was back with 6 bans. We now have 10. If you want to keep ARURF instead of giving us back the URF we want, then let us surrender at 5 minutes, because with the way it is now, when you have spellcasting champs (which are the reason to play URF) against a lane of other champs with silences, there is no contest. In ARURF we get given champs that probably won't work against champs that seem as though they were made to be in URF, and it's not fun. I have no clue how you did it, but you took the best thing that has ever happened to League, and made it trash. Please leave your opinions in the comments.

One of the biggest arguments for ARURF, that URF forces you to stick to the meta rather than champs you want to play, is kind of flawed.

Firstly, you have to consider that if the champ you wanted was unplayable in URF, they're still unplayable in ARURF. You also only have a chance at getting that champion, rather than just being able to pick it, or even a strong champ that you still find enjoyable.

Only in very rare cases will you get your champion and face a team that isn't overbearing (even rarer than you'd expect, considering rerolls and such). And you get that for what? Basically turning the gamemode into pure RNG. It's even worse than ARAM considering the disparity between the strongest and weakest urf champs.

I'd rather have to play and see the same ~30 champions and see more balanced games than either dodge or sit through 15 minutes of stomping/getting stomped because the teams were hilariously uneven.

so in URF when I pick a fun champions, say darius, I will NEVER have fun because I'm fighting the most OP champions every match causing me to get curbstomped

in ARURF there is a chance that I will get darius and a higher chance I won't get curbstomped, logic tells you it's better to gi with ''a chance'' than no chance at all.

I've been seeing the same champions over and over again, i've played Yi 4 times myself, and i have all the champions. I wouldn't pick yi myself, cause it's boring, but aR gives no choice

To sum it up, arurf = you're playing the champion you don't want to play, against champions you don't want to face.

I fail to see the point.

To elaborate for those who don't get it, the chance of you getting something u want is so slim, and when you do miraculously get something op there's still the chance that someone will dodge. The event where your opponents have crappy champ is not going to happen, because they will dodge if they get bad champs. If you join the fray and dodge until you get op champ, well, you dodge, I dodge, we all dodge, game simply won't start.
