Trolling in League

We all know trolling all too well in League of Legends. Well today i had an experience i'm lucky enough to call my first time. We had a troll who didnt get their way in champion select in a ranked queue so he said he was going to troll because he didnt feel like "waiting 5 mins to dodge". Well, we got in the game and he had chosen teemo and fed each lane one by one. The game lasted 25 mins and he was 2/23 (his only kills being so his gold would reset). Well the enemy team supported the troll and reported our whole team except for him afterwards. A buddy of mine that i was duoing with took screenshots and is sending them to Riot via email, since justice wont be served because the enemy team didnt report him. I just want to know if that will have any effect at all? Thats why i made this post, hoping a Riot employee will see this and you, the beautiful League Community will help me out on this. I know this happens all the time, but i dont feel like enough is being done on league to ban trolls. Especially when you have a game mode like ranked when one little game can being you down 15 LP or so sometimes more. Please dont post saying "maybe you shouldve dodged" because thats the exact attitude that lets trolls rule surpreme. Please as a community help this gets noticed, especially if it has happened to you. Other games have strict punishments on reports, but this one seems a little lax at investigating them. People get muted and chat banned all the time for little things, but no punishment is ever there for the big things. Again, sorry for the long rant and thank you guys so much! This is an awesome game with an awesome community and i hate the way things go with one troll.
