Trolls and low priority Q's

When I go to enter a match and I call my position I expect that others will fill other positions. When other players decide that they will troll through the game, it makes me not want to play. It's a waste of time when defeat is almost certain. When I ask them to change, they lock their position. I quit because I do not want to waste my time in a 30-60 minute match when my team wont be a team. Why am I penalized when I choose to leave a match that clearly, would not have been any fun to play? Shouldn't the player who was trolling be at fault?

Based on your comment your just as bad of a troll. If you want a certain champ in a certain position then go play team builder, that's why it exists. But writting a post complaining that you and another player both call a position is idiotic, your just as guilty as they are especially when you say "I expect that others will fill". Well take your own advice and fill if you're both fighting over the same lane.

I've read a lot of your posts and you seem to know what you are talking about, please don't be ruse. I am a new player and I'm just trying to see if this is an reoccurring problem. I don't call and insta-lock, ever. What is the best response to this? I'm not a strong laner yet, I've been working on it. It just becomes a pain when people don't play as a team and with me having to sit and farm under tower, I'm not learning anything.

what about the people pre level 30? they can only play blind pick in PvP. you answer the question to level 30s but what about the lower levels who can only play blind.
