hextech champion rerolls
is there a way to add a champion permanent back to the hextech area if i dont like the champion i got?

Nope. Once it's left your hextech inventory you can't alter it.
If you have all champs and reroll some shards, you get a Champion Permanent, which CAN be used in rerolling, but it's kinda pointless; you already have them all and Permanents are half as efficient as Shards if you want blue essence.
