Fiora feedback (proposing Q change)

I have played loads of Fiora, and like many others i have some feedback i'd like to give. However, unlike most others I'm really happy about the changes!

I think the whole duelist concept is great. I love the fact that her kit allows for some awesome duels, and that her W now works like it was meant to. I think she's fairly balanced, I also think the truedmg is well balanced, especially in the current tank meta.

My proposed change is to make her Q into an Ekko E. Same damage. Same procs. Just make it a lined skillshot, and then a targeted blink. One of the biggest issues is that people tend to just run away when the ult is active, and even if they don't. Running around them or trying to angle Fiora to hit vitals is really hard. Especially when the Q proc sometimes doesn't work. I think would make her much better in duels because very rarely are you able to proc all 4 of the vitals when she ults, and very rarely is it an ult proc that finishes an enemy. Making the ult less effective in lane.

Bonus since this would mean her ult is going to look like the old one if you're good. Since the 60% cdr on it should make you able to dance around your target knocking down vitals.
