Some QoL changes for Fiora (suggestion)

I see no reason why Riot should keep her the way she is now considering she's never had her time. She's probably the only champ in the entire game that's never been considered a strong/solid pick and she will probably never be able to compete in top anyway.

Give her a new passive, or make her current one work on monsters so the jungle doesn't murder her on the second camp, turn her Q into a skillshot that dashes through enemies, inflicting a stacking slow onto hit targets so she can actually gank something.

Make Riposte activate three times when being hit by monsters, have it activate only once if hit by a champion.

This way she has everything a jungler needs. Sustain, clearing, mobility, and some form of cc, along with decent damage.

It's better than keeping her as one of the most substandard champions in the game. She's never been able to do anything that another champ can't do better. She's not flat out bad, but has always been severely outclassed. I find her fun tbh, she's just reaaaaaaaaaally mediocre. Am I wrong?

She's not really good at anything. Jax and Riven are better duelists than she is, and there are plenty more champs who can duel much better than she can, so trying to make her into a better duelist is a lost cause unless they wanted to completely rework her, because it just couldn't work with her current kit.

Her kit doesn't really allow outplays, which I know Riot loves so much, so why not?

Um, Fiora has recently been NERFED(like 2 weeks ago) because she was so overbearing. Her let is still overbearing and strong. So she needs NO buffs, and she is far from substandard. She is a fun champion who has a somewhat weak early game. But once she gets Hydra it's literally over for the enemy team.

if you can't do well with fiora then you must be bad, don't play her in the jungle tard, she has no cc

You are wrong. As evidence, my I present a Master I player with 478 wins (63.5% win rate) as Fiora: http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/19959537#ranked-stats (this is not me, but he streamed for a bit and I picked up some good tips).

The main problem is people think Fiora is a top laner. She excels at killing squishies and is much better at mid. She can beat pretty much any champion played mid except Syndra. Some of my favorite champions to counter with Fiora (mid or top) are: Fizz, Zed, Kass, Ziggs, Yasuo, Kha'Zhix, Karthus. (Also recently discovered she destroys Gnar).

Top lane she can hold her own against most champions. Singed is a nightmare and Renekton is really hard until you learn the tricks to play him. Teemo should win the lane against her but he is squishy and if he makes a mistake she can eat him alive. Riven is a skill match. Don't go after her until after she burns her shield. If she never does, just farm. Fiora does surprising well against Nasus if you can parry his Qs. Likewise, she does well against other champs with on-hit modifiers such as Wukong and Rengar.

The thing Fiora does better than most champs is come back from a losing lane. As soon as you get Hydra you become a split-pushing and anti-carry threat.

She's also not a terrible jungler. Again, she excels at killing squishies and has devastating ganks at level 6 on mid or bottom lane. That said, I won't recommend her as a jungler. She can make pretty good use of challenging smite, but she actually needs ranger's trailblazer to avoid mana issues and for faster clears. She might work if you have a mid that doesn't need blue, but I just think there are better jungling options.
