Played on smurf at peak hours, fastest game took 32 minutes, why do levels exist again?

Either... Make playing vs. bots give more experience Or... Remove the crappy leveling system all together! :D

Average game find length was about 45-50 minutes, had a few lobbies go over an hour of looking for a game tried out blind pick, draft pick, ARAM (Which I THOUGHT would be the fastest, but was one of the slowest (avg. 50~ minutes)) Twisted Tree Line, and even hexakill. Not a single findable game to match people to my elo, level or whatever system is in place for new accounts.

Only got about 4 games in, although i sat in queue for over 7 hours. I.. DON'T.. GET IT..

I should specify, these weren't the game's lengths, they were finding a lobby to play the game. :x

You can usually level up to 3 pretty quickly via bots and just ARAM all day to level. Is there a reason that doesn't work?

Levels are supposed to exist to let new players learn the game. Problem is that there are so many smurfs nowadays that it makes leveling pure hell.

Even if there weren't, like when I originally joined, levels created severely one-sided matches due to the range of experience and runes/masteries between players.

Leveling should be removed and replaced with a 200 game restriction before access to ranked is granted. This also serves the dual-purpose of inhibiting people trying to avoid their bans/permabans a bit more, and fewer smurfs being jammed into the ranked system.

In order to try to achieve 'balanced' matches like levels tried and failed, make it so the 'moba experience' options when first creating an account set you at specific MMR ranges for normals, with the highest being 1200 MMR.

leveling was meant to give new players a sense of reword(unlock features, game modes, etc) as they progress and learn the game. But there are way less new players than.smurfs now a day, it really is ruined.
