Will old runes be refunded?
I know this has been asked a lot, but are we going to receive refunds on rune pages and runes? Maybe we could send tickets to Riot with a list of runes we have and get refunded that way?
Right now I'm at 17 rune pages. And here's a list of my Tier 3 runes:

The rune pages I've bought mostly with RP with the exception of two or three that I used IP to buy. I think I purchased some sort of bundle way back in season 2 or 3 that consisted of 10 or so. Can't recall this reliably though, since it's been so much time since that. But let's assume the rune pages cost me around 5000 - 6000 RP which is about the amount of the 35€ bundle. That's quite a lot of money for me, you know. And the time I've spent earning IP for these runes? Hours after hours. It adds up to a ludicrous amount of IP that I could spend on those last unlocked champs I have. So I would consider this as a fine trade. In the end, I only have Camille, Ivern, Aurelion Sol, Azir, Gnar, Vel'Koz, Aatrox, Nami, Zed, Draven, Viktor and Xerath unpurchased. The amount of IP from those runes probably greatly exceed the amount of IP those champions cost, since some of the runes are very expensive.
So in short, I would settle with 5000 RP and getting those champs unlocked on my account.
