It's 1pm NA Server time and my missions have yet to appear. Furthermore, it has been more than 25 hours since the last 'daily' missions showed up.
You can't call them daily when they don't show up for more than half the day, and less often than each day.

I logged in a 1:06 EST, and it is now 2:40 EST. Once I logged out, exited client, and logged back in I received my missions.
I logged in at ~12 (mid day) and I had 4 hours left to finish that day's missions. "daily"
Yep, I've done all the available mission thus far, sitting at 5/7. For the Force of Wills mission. The only one I can't complete because I need 2 more, and none are up. Kinda sucks.
The missions are based on California's time so that's why in other time zones it may seem like it's not daily, but for them it is because they get them at 11 AM. I get the missions at 2 PM about since I'm in the east coast.
