Please can we NOT buff quinn
Can we all just agree to not buff quinn she is way too annoying to play against and just isn't fun when shes broken she adc but can oneshot you not to mention the blind she has just no buff please

You should be making a petition to improve that "14 lifetime upvotes" stat instead.
no, if yasuo had a 20% winrate but people refused to buff him because he's annoying that wouldn't be very good
why the fuck would they buff quinn.. she has a 50% winrate.. what they said they were doing was to make her kit more thematic. not "buffing her".. if it does end up being a buff she might needs nerfs again to not be op, yes, but riot did NOT say "buffing", in fact, the thematic changes could very easily end up being an overall nerf for all we know. the point was to make her more fun. and done properly i have no issue with that, (if done properly; aka: by not breaking her or making her even more toxic)
