Is there a reason remake isnt working?

Noted and will test if a disconnect occurs, however you didn't really provide any information about what happened. "Isn't working" describes absolutely nothing. You should describe exactly what occurred, it is more helpful as Riot will be able to look for what happened and others can actually reproduce what you did.

it only triggers when the player hasn't connected to the game at all, not when he connects, and then at 10 seconds in he loses connection
