What to do with champ shards?
This is my fourth champ shard and I have every champion. Not mad just a little confused. Seems COMPLETELY pointless. If I disenchant it I get blue essence which I can use to get more champions but I have every champion.

They're going to do something with champ shards/blue essence for people who own ever champ eventually, they just haven't quite decided on what exactly. For a time it was going to be related to unlocking mastery levels 6/7, but that was scrapped in favour of somehting most mastery related and less luck based, but I haven't heard any word on what they might do instead.
I'd just hang on to them for now. If you somehow have all champs but not also an excess of ip, you can reroll new champions on release, but odds are you have IP to burn anyway so it's probably just a matter of waiting for another use.
I am curious have you tried rerolling the champ shards? It's supposed to give you something you don't have of the same shard type. It might be a waste of champ shards though so beware. They are planning on making the essence worth something to people who own all the champions.
Riot has said they're working on something but don't hold your breath.
On the bright side, since you have so many champs, you would end up with a lot more chests than normal people, a couple of champ shards aren't gonna kill you.
dont disenchant, keep em for next release, reroll three into the new champ (reroll will give you a champ you dont have) that way you save the IP to buy all runes or the change names over and over cause theres nothing else to do with IP (its my 16th name)
