Can Jayce's Hammer form abilities not require mana? Nidalee and Elise's alternate forms cost no mana

I appreciate the recent Jayce buffs but they don't solve his original problem. His mana costs are very high, which is good for a champ with strong poke, but his hammer form mana costs are high too. You are forced to build manamune every game and even then you can easily run out of mana in teamfights. Removing the mana costs on his hammer form would still limit his long range poke and utility, but allow him options to fight in melee form, just like nidalee and elise.

Jayce has mana regen though.

To be fair. Jayce has mana regeneration in his kit and is AD focused and should have better time farming earlygame than other things like mages.

Not to mention he likes to build Tear and he doesnt really need to spam abilities, because he is not a jungler.

Elise and Nidalee don't get to have their ults level-up automatically while the points get redistributed into the rest of their abilities, letting them level up 6 times instead of the usual 5.

Also, should Elise and Nidalee both having something like this?: PASSIVE: Jayce restores mana each time he hits an enemy with a basic attack while in Transform- Mercury Hammer.png Hammer Stance.

Or maybe we can allow some champions to be different in some ways? Like, maybe Jayce could require mana in both of his forms?

Why in the hell would we allow Jayce to just perform his combo over and over now that half of his mana costs have been disappeared?
