How to counter Heimer Top lane

Everyone Says is overpowered however every top lane champion can counter him. Heimer has been in a bad spot for months but some people don't understand that heimer is very easily countered by having a brain. Im also including a score from (1-3) of how well i know this works 3 being the highest. Heimer is being played top because mid lane heimer is just a joke.

The top lane champs are Heimer (blind pick), Aatrox, Camille, Cho'Gath, Darius, Dr. Mundo, Fiora, Gangplank, Garen, Gnar, Illaoi, Irelia, Jax, Jayce, Kayle, Kennen, Kled, Malphite, Maokai, Nasus, Nautilus, Pantheon, Poppy, Quinn, Renekton, Riven, Rumble, Shen, Singed, Sion, Swain, Teemo, Trundle, Tryndamere, Urgot, Vladimir, Yorick, and Yasuo (if I forgot anyone tell me)

If the champ is full melee you should get a gank from your jungler

lvl 1 w can kill a turret so you both are pretty much on one turret the whole of laning phase and once your jungler or mid comes hes dead or if you get a good e-RW (3) E his turrets and go in on him when you've killed his turrets this is an easy kill lane especially with the new changes(1.5) Get into and you can kill his turrets extremely easily and kill him and with your mobility on your e and the w slow you can farm him for kills and make tp plays because heimer can't tp anywhere early game (3) q w his turrets and e into them if you can you out waveclear him and you turn into a monster late game pick up a and you win lane (2) Q and you win lane you outpush him and are able to easily destroy him in trades and landing a grab will either result in his death or in half his hp(3) Your ultimate makes you unkillable by him and an early (which you should be building for land q's on him and his turrets and he can't do anything (2) parry his nade (which is really easy) and use your mobility to be hard to hit by his skills beat his turrets to death and an early jungle gank will set you up to get that LP (2) easy farm lane you outheal his spells with your oranges and can break out of his combo as well as barrels being an easy way to damage his turrets,him, and the minion wave (3) spin to win over his turrets and silence him and you just win lane get your jungler to come to lane once and hes useless(1.5) q q q q q q q q q q q q your late game is way stronger then his and you will probably end up landing a few solo kills mega gnar can clear his turrets even more then mini gnar and you can force him back (2) I hate this champ with a passion for a reason if you lose to heimer in lane idk (3) q his turrets lol e to stun and kill him and his turrets a jungler helps (3) poke him and then kill him your damage is like double his (3) don't waste mana on his turrets and pick up an early (2) this is a really easy matchup for you get your jungler to come once and you kill him you can also beartrap him for good damage in lane (2) poke him and his turrets and get your jungler to come, your shield also helps deal with his poke(1.5) you will outscale him super hard e his turrets and a few q's and a few jungle gank and you win lane also you should be getting this first anyways (1) his turrets are free stacks(3) very easy to beat him out in lane your w and e counter anything he can do to you also (2) you bully him in lane so hard, I once was vs one who ulted on top of me as i was walking back to lane and he got a double kill off of it (3) last hit a turret with your passive then kill another with auto and e and get a jungle gank and you win lane (3) q one turret kill it e one turret then outroam him once you have a kill or two (3) q his turret line and w stun him and you can e in and e out for free this is like a panth lane (3) get a and survive lane phase YOU NEED GANKS heimer can hurt a riven in lane if she isn't careful but its really easy to be careful (1) Flamespitter and e and you can kill turrets easily especially paired with scrap shield you outroam him and you can clear his turrets with your basic spells (3) Proxy farm him (2) easy q's and e's (3) all your skills bully him out of lane your basic combo will demolish him and your ulti lul (3) you need jungle ganks for this one but you should easily beat him you outrade him and you outpush him with this is an easy lane and if he goes tank heimer (which doesn't work) then you have an easy target for ults your ulti and e makes it so your unkillable and your q sustains you in lane really easy one (3) q's are torment, land your e's and you can poke him out of lane early (3) when he does come top lane he outsustains and can outpush as well as your e making it harder for him to kill you (3) use your q and e on him and his turrets and you win lane (3) free dashes and your q's can destroy turrets easy lane and you beat him late game (3)'

Honestly idk why people complain about heim, hes easy to beat. he has needed buffs for a long time and hopefully this brings how bad he is right now into the light.
