Fixing the (player taking your role in draft/ranked) thing

I came a cross a guy that was support and i was jungle he asked to go jungle i rejected it then he told me "i troll" picked zac with smite and that made me angry so i made some sort of solution and i hope it will be implemented to the game.Here we go: 1.You can trade lanes by clicking a certant button 2.If a player chooses a champion thats not appropriate to the lane gets a warning for a punishment! 3.After that if the player still choses the champion not apporopriate to the lane after the game gets a 5 minute punishment 4.If he/she does it again 10 minutes another one 15 another one 20 5.A warning if the player does it again there will be a 7 day suspension. 6.If he/she continues 14 days. 7.Still doing it a warning for a permanent ban/If its ranked only that person losses lp if its a win gets nothing.
