Thoughts on the current jungle/support meta and how to best beat it

I have been out of jungle and support for a while (as a roaming mid main and tank top) and trying to get back into the jungling and supporting roles and my old junglers/supports were slow, heavy CC jungles and I cannot stand the current metas in both jungle and support.

an example would be i am best at Leona in bot lane and specifically with the rise in supports like Nami , Lulu , and Morgana . Even if i can catch one it is actually bad for me/my team. I play Karma and Velkoz mid a bit and i can use them as solid support but then my team normally lacks a tank and I won't survive to help in a team fight with myself being killed nearly instantly.

I have been thinking of bottom just getting better with Karma and Velkozbut would like community help with other suggestions that may fit my playstyle for other champions to look into.

with jungle I have been having problems with high damage early game junglers like LeeSin , I have been thinking of using early game tanks like Olaf or Trundle but again, I would like community help on other thoughts for potential junglers I could use that will help with simply surviving the strong early game junglers with lots of damage.

So, one, the support meta does not include lulu. It is:

Tier 1: Braum and Morgana (ban able tier) Tier 2: Nami Thresh Blitz Leona (popular tier) Tier 3: most of the rest (totally playable tier) Tier 4: Taric Janna Soraka Nunu and troll picks (weak tier)

That's who you're most likely to see. Anyone from tier 2 or 3 is a solid pick including Leona vel and karma though karma is poor against Morgana.

I'd say for support, learn Braum as he's easy and occasionally goes unbanned and has no real counters besides the permabanned Morgana and some unconventional picks then get a tank and a poker. Focus on either Karma ( my recommendation) or Velkoz and play Leona.

Karma is good because she can pinch hit as a tank (rush FH into BV after your frost fang) as a lot of her stuff is even more effective in melee range where she can't miss. Leona is always effective so long as Morgana and Braum are banned and if Braum is unbanned you should pick him or pick karma into him.
