Diana builds....

Sooooooo as a new Diana player I've seen two different builds. The "Old School" one the RoA, Nashor's, Zhonya's build, and the "New School" build the Protobelt, Lichbane, Zhonya's build (I've seen variations with like a liandry's torment). but what build is better right now? I'm very confused and just looking for some insight so if some people could help me that would be amazin

Its not so much old school vs new school. Its Arcsecond vs SDiana2 (not to imply they are rivals, they just play Diana differently.) Arcsecond favors the RoA build because it has better scaling. SDiana2 favors the the more burst build (protobelt, lich, luden's, etc) since it snowballs really hard. Its more of a question of whether you want to snowball the early/mid game or whether you want better scaling into the late game. I prefer the RoA build when I can get away with it but in the preseason with how fast games end the snowball build may be better.

I've got over 150K with her but I definitely wouldn't consider myself an expert. Arcsecond recommended Aery but that was before the nerfs (still is probably decent though in certain matchups.) Phase rush is the most popular on her right now and is probably a good keystone if you're going the RoA build. If you're looking to snowball then Electrocute may be a better option.

I've also experimented with Predator and Dark Harvest. They both make you weaker in lane but they have some pretty interesting tradoffs. Predator makes your mid game roams fast and deadly and if you can get fed then no one can escape you. Dark Harvest scales extremely well in the late game and can deal more burst damage than any other keystone once stacked. Until you get 150 stacks it isn't very useful though.
