I think they should hit up Varus with the same level rework as well. Imo his kit is one of the more interesting ones for a Marksman.

Looking at the changes, her kit does feel more like a normal ADC's now. Substituting Normal crits with a damage Amp removes a great deal of clutch play which could turn the tides of a battle. (part of the reason why it should not replace crit all together)

her perma slow isn't as good as it use to be so she won't be enforcing a mobility creep like she use to. Over all her kit has more cohesion, though I won't say much about her balance until I get a chance to play her (waiting for the ADC rush to die down over her)

I've been using her and i like her a lot but i kinda feel she's strong af. Hope she doesn't get nerfed mega hard :/
