The Truth about "Dynamic" Que!!!
Reasons I think the new "Dynamic" Matchmaking system in League Of Legends sucks.
If you're in lower elo's, with the you will face extremely long que times due to the overwhelming unintutive nature of this new system, there has been mass amounts of dodges. Either they don't ban or "Lock" in their character after they have "selected". For people that have played thousands and thousands of games, this habit will most definitly die hard for some, and at what cost? Mass amounts of LP lost for nothing and sitting in 1-2 hour que times. I personally had two games today with 20-30 dodges before the game finally started. With the new system dodges and the normal troll dodges, I sat in que for over 90 minutes more than once today.
It seems that the new system is completely geared towards high elos, socialy stimulated people, in general. If you're that anti social, "Lone Wolf" type, and you're brave enough to solo Q in higher ELO, say goodbye to that LP!!!
Matches are now filled with PUGS VS PREMADE....heavily stacked teams,that are all in voice, whilest you are stuck with the Shen, that rage quits at 5 minutes, because "our crappy jungle doesn't gank".
So why would you solo Q? ....You won't.....makes absolutely no sense to do so...be social....get a ranked team together or don't play league.

Rito has casted some pixel magic fairy dust spell on all of us, with their ....oh so fancy new matchmaking cosmetics...making us forget about reason number 2 completely...there is alot of vet gamers in this community and they have all seen what PREMADES do to PUGS. Does this not feel like thee age old honor grinding pub stomp groups? WoW is back...in MOBA form.
Not to mention that the matchmaking screen eats up nearly 5x more CPU resources to run, with its quadratic algorithms, blinding us with their sparkly pixel magic of forgetting. It's no wonder why the client crash count on champion select is off the charts.
RIP anyone to all those poor souls that play this game on a potato.
Everything about the new look...reminds me of hearthstone. For some reason.... ew...ew...ew...just ew.
Sure, it's pretty.. But this game prevailed through great game mechanics and not system heavy flashy pixel crack.
Rito. If you would of spent a tenth of the time and resources from creating the new matchmaking system, onto creating skins that are worth your customers money. (Rather than just changing the colors of the champions in creative ways...aka....ooooo pink nidaleeee......totttz challenger....)
You could have provided some actual designs that wasn't manipulating old code and give the public something new and cool. (You can barely see the pink mark above their heads now……you’ve actually gone in the other direction of visual clarity on this pink madness)
(Pulsefire Ezreal, for example...... There are a few others...that you can tell had a real artist behind them...whilest..... most are just a joke!!! and the only reason they ever became popular...is because no one bought them in the first place!!! How overwhelming easy the changes must of been to use the exact same code and just change green variable values to pink.....so much fail skins....with so few awesomez. If you are going to do pixel crack...do it right. GitGuD
Why not spend some of that time and effort into balancing the game beyond very simple mathematical changes to keystones? Let's get creative....you got an army at your command.... A great majority of the champions are worthless and mediocre, at very best. COUGH Maoki...I get that you're trying and I've watched the ALL CHAT videos, with that guy that wears the ugly cardigan sweaters...doesn't know jack about the game and you can tell that. Why not get the pros involved again with the game balancing? After all, it is how you were able to create such a beautiful game in the first place.
RIP all ignored champions....that will never be viable in time for the start of Season 6....and never will get the attention...as their dev department scrambles to fix "Dynamic" que for the next six months.
Rito, please try and convince us that you are not just all about the money…..with changes that actually make some logical sense. End of rant....for now....
