The Fizz Problem

Fizz is absolutely broken right now. He has a complete lack of meaningful weaknesses, a move that drops turret aggro and makes him untargetable by ANYTHING every 8 seconds (before cooldown reduction) and his damage is ridiculous. He can drop squishy targets from 100% to dead in about 2 seconds, without even using his ult once he finishes his 2nd item. My problem with this, is that it is not in line with other champions, and his kit creates a toxic playstyle that leeches the fun out of every game that I play against him, which seems to be happening more and more often. When I play xerath, even in my most fed of games it takes at least 4-5 spells, and a good 15 seconds to bring someone from full HP to zero. My solution to this problem is to ban fizz every ranked game, but that is just a band-aid because I only get to be the team captain 20% of the time, and I also play aram very frequently and he seems to come up on the enemy team EVERY SINGLE GAME. I suggest that you add a larger cooldown to playful/trickster (leave it at 16 seconds for all ranks sounds fair), or remove the skill entirely. Please post here if you agree that Fizz is the most broken champion in league of legends right now by a wide margin

Why did Fizz fall off his staff?

BECAUSE HE IS INCREDIBLY UNBALANCED LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

He used to be. Ever since they made you hit his ult to really obliterate people he's more annoying than outright broken.

Yes, when he lands his ult the damage comes even faster but he doesn't need it. Just played a game where Fizz (He didn't even have a full build, mind you) used playful/trickster, a single empowered auto, and urchin strike and that was enough to kill me. He then used his ult on caitlyn, and killed her too. How is that fair?

His damage is much weaker than it used to be, but yes he's still an assassin and can still destroy squishies without his ult. Aside from his irritating playstyle though he's really not an issue anymore.

Fizz is a bullshit champ, everyone knows it, Rito refuses to fix it.. only thing you can do is get over it or stop playing league

... or start playing him yourself

Where is the problem?

I think his trickster is fine until later when he buys mana. He also shouldn't be a problem on ARAM unless your team comp is bad.

Xerath QWE: 710 + 2.1 AP Fizz QWE: 450 + 1.75 AP + 8% missing health

Xerath QWE: 620 base + 1.8 AP Fizz QWE: 450 base + 2.15 AP + 1.00 AD +8% missing health (assuming a single auto attack, which they are slowed as hell right now but we will just assume ONE auto attack)

So it will take 175 AP for fizz's QWE combo to deal more damage than Xerath's. That is less than two items... and it deals mixed damage which is more expensive to itemize against.

But you're forgetting, that a fizz at level 18 will inevitably have a lich bane, so we have to add .75 AD and .5 AD, which brings us to: Fizz QWE: 450 base + 2.75 AP + 1.75 AD +8% missing health (with one auto)

That means that fizz with Lich Bane alone will deal more damage with a QWE combo, and he has almost 100% more AP scaling than Xerath, a champion that is supposed to be the epitome of the mage, and is made out of pure energy, on top of the fact that Xerath's QWE combo is all easily dodgeable skillshots, and Fizz's QWE combo is 2 undodgeable targeted spells, and one skillshot which is basically guaranteed to hit if you don't flash while he is on his trident.

If you're going to come at me with numbers, please do it right

Xerath Q: 240 + 0.75 ap Xerath W (Center): 270 + 0.9 ap Xerath E: 200 + 0.45 ap

710 + 2.1 ap

Fizz Q: 70 + 0.3 ap + 1 ad Fizz w (applied with q): 110 + 0.7 ap + 8% missing hp Fizz E: 270 + 0.75 ap

450 + 1.75 ap + 109 (lvl 18 fizz base ad) + 8% missing hp

Your Lichbane argument is flat out stupid because its a item. Xerath can buy lichbane too, but its not that good on him. Fizz can buy luden too, but its not that good on him.

Fizz Q can be dodged very easy by simple moving away and his w is only a auto attack modifier, so by simple walking away from fizz you can dodge his w too. And fizz is completly melee (except his ult), while Xerath can hit his AAs and every single ability without diving into the enemy team, the enemy tower or the enemy minionwave.

what i find more annoying is that he can build tanky and still do stupid amounts of damage other than that if he is building full damage he should be able to delete you, since you know... HE IS AN ASSASSIN. He isn't even that good, just annoying and sometimes frustrating since you can't really kill him fast enough when he goes the tanky build
