Today I had 2 separate occasions where I had 3 friends online and we couldn't find a 5th, leaving us with an odd man out. That's completely ridiculous. What is the reason for disallowing a 4 man queue, and will it be fixed in the near future? Thanks.
DrCyanide2 votesThe worry was that there might not be enough Solo players in Flex queue to make it work, or that if there were enough Solo players the 4-man might regularly make it a bad experience for the odd-man-out. They said they'd play it by ear and see if they re-enable 4-man.

Being a 4 man team, you would need a single solo player to fill the gap. But most of those solo players are already in the solo/duo que.
They disallow the 4 man squad, because it's too difficult to find solo players. Not to mention everyone complained about 4 mans back when we didn't even have a solo Q. (Cause no one likes being the fifth wheel.
